D&D Decorators as an Ayrshire based painters and decorators operate throughout West Central Scotland.

The business was established by Robert Davidson in 1974, he is still holding the reigns today. Over the years the firm has gained an excellent reputation and have the privilege to be associated with many leading names in both commerce and the construction industry.

Our base is in the village of Fenwick, which is adjacent to the recently completed M77. Being some 10 miles South of Glasgow and 20 miles North of Ayr, we are well located to serve clients throughout a wide geographical area.

D&D Decorators' expertise covers all htmlects of painting and decorating, including Dry Lining, Ames Taping and Coving. Our employees are also specially trained in the application of specialist wall coverings and finishes. With these skills we are therefore well able to serve the needs of a wide portfolio of commercial clients as well as a growing number of domestic clients.

The firm is comfortably able to undertake a wide variety of contracts, and to facilitate this employ, on average around 80 men. All of our operatives are time served tradespersons, this being apart from those on our apprenticeship training scheme, which is run in conjunction with the Construction Industry Training Board and is of 4 years duration.
